Team chalks out core strategies and result oriented growth plans for the year ahead New
New Delhi, March 09, 2016 – Infogain, a leading business and IT consulting leader recently held its annual offsite for Sr. Offshore Leadership [Delivery & Support] team. The theme of the offsite was “Forward Together”, the agenda and focus of discussions was around driving growth and business functionalities across multiple disciplines and business verticals. More than 72 professionals, top managers and leads attended this offsite which was held in the picturesque Parwanoo district of Himachal Pradesh from 4th- 6th March.
Mr. Eddie Chandhok, President, Global Delivery Organization, Infogain expressed his belief that such offsite served as great opportunities to lift employee morale, encourage employee bonding, interaction and act as good ice-breaking sessions. “Expectations are high as this session gave top management team an opportunity to explore strategic issues in depth for several days, analysing and discussing outcomes with the key managers present here.”
Apart from the hard work, the offsite also had its share of good food and great music and general fun & frolic. Adventure sports activities like zipline sky walk, Sky Bridge, Hiking, mini Olympiad added to the fun element of the occasion.
