After acquiring an electronic document signature software company, they decided to focus on the insurance market but realized they lacked in-house Guidewire expertise.

They wanted an electronic signature product and provide user-friendly customer experience of the highest quality on a cloud solution that prospective clients could easily demonstrate, download, and tested. They also wanted to obtain certifications from Guidewire that meet rigorous “Ready for Guidewire” standards.

Action

Infogain’s relationship with Guidewire and understanding of the client’s requirements both in terms of content and quality provided a valuable solution.

During this 12-week project, we designed, implemented, and tested “Guidewire Ready” accelerators to integrate the client’s electronic signature platform with Guidewire ClaimCenter 9.0.7 and Guidewire PolicyCenter 9.0.8. We also:


  • Developed system design and completed integration coding

  • Conducted end-to-end testing, including acceptance testing and certification testing

  • Developed implementation guide on how to install and use the accelerator

  • Worked extensively with the client and Guidewire to meet Guidewire’s rigorous certification standards

Results

  • The accelerators we created and integrated with Guidewire give the client the potential to gain new revenue streams. We also provided comprehensive testing to ensure reliability and quality of the accelerator.
  • This customer-facing accelerator can be easily demonstrated and downloaded and taken for a test drive with the customer’s system.
