Azure Integration Services Engineer (Senior) with skills Oracle ADF, Azure Data Factory, ETL, Microsoft SSIS for location Bangalore, India
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • At least 4 years of professional database development (SQL Server or Azure SQL Database) and ETL using Talend and SSIS in an OLAP/OLTP environments

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred

  • Experience in continuous delivery environments

  • Experience with Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) software development methodologies. Automated testing and deployment implementation a plus.

  • Experience deploying and managing in-house/cloud-hosted data solutions

  • Experience with large scale systems involving reporting, transactional systems and integration with other enterprise systems.

  • Experience with Source/Version control systems.

  • Successful history of working with high performing technology teams

Technical Skills

 

  • Proficiency with multiple ETL tools including Talend and SSIS (Azure Data Factory is bonus)

  • Proficiency in SQL Development in Microsoft SQL Server (Azure SQL Databases is bonus)

  • Experience with SQL Query Performance Optimization

  • Experience with industry development standards and their implementation

  • Proficiency in system analysis and design

  • Analysis and verification technical requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and testability.

  • Identification and Resolution of technical issues through unit testing, debugging & investigation

  • Version Control including branching and merging using services like GitHub or AzureDevOps
