Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Apply in depth technical expertise to guide and direct others in their area of technical responsibility. • Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop architectural solutions that optimize business processes and support future growth. • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to promote consistency, interoperability, and maintainability across systems and applications. • Establish and implement a robust data management and governance framework to ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Oversee data integration, data warehousing, and data quality initiatives to enable efficient and reliable access to critical business information. • Drive the development of application and data models, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and other artifacts to ensure data consistency and standardization. • Create system design specifications and build to those specifications that support complex project assignments. • Participates in 24/7, on-call support. • Provide technical leadership, guide and mentor other IT associates on best practices and development techniques. • Contribute to the selection and development of technical architecture and ensure implementation complies with methodologies, standards and architectural guidelines. Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications • University graduation and minimum of 5 years' experience in managing BI and/or Enterprise architecture teams. • Strong expertise and experience in Mulesoft and Talend with hands on working experience in at least one of the technologies • Strong leadership and management capabilities (10+ years’ experience leading a team) • Project management skills
