Design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot local area network including wireless access points and Wide area network Core networking services such as DNS, DHCP, Certificate authority, access control, Next generation network services such as NAC, WLC, proxies and micro-segmentation Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications Monitor network availability, performance and utilization Coordinate work with onsite networking resources to provide leveraged support model to respond to network disruptions Respond to network disruptions or anomalies and facilitate resolution Conduct proof of concept testing for emerging network technologies Assess and optimize the connectivity ecosystem by ensuring that users, servers, data and applications are connected in the most effective manner Create and maintain network topology diagrams and other documentation Keep network systems updated and resilient and issue free Develop Software Defined Networking processes, automate tasks and processes Coordinate and contribute in audits, upgrades, breach investigations and customer benefits Develop an environment of learning and sharing the knowledge and act as a team player
