ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Integral member of the NCR Atleos project team
Supports the team in identifying business needs and translating it into technical requirements
Able to build relationships and establish credibility quickly due to the short time constraints
Works constructively and collaboratively with others and across organizations to accomplish organizational goals and objectives
Drives to solutions that can be executed in a timely fashion
Acts as the primary liaison between human resources, the technical team, and the project management team
Understands the Workday Core application, its payroll processes, and how it integrates with the ERP system
Requires extensive knowledge of general business methods and practices with an emphasis in human resources, Workday capabilities/process, and global payroll processes
Identifies and removes obstacles to ensure organization results are achieved
Works on technical problems / issues of moderate complex scope within defined procedures and practices
Applies functional expertise to improve financial and operational results, and customer satisfaction measurements
Seeks feedback, leverages experiences and acquires and shares new skills and knowledge to enhance organizational capability and individual competence
Completes job assignments with minimal supervision
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience
Workday Core Application and Payroll experience
Demonstrates a sense of urgency for customers
Excellent communication skills; Writes, speaks, listens, and presents information effectively and persuasively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
