Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow tool set and integrations with related systems. 
Service now implementation experience in ITSM and ITOM Modules. 
Hands on implementation experience on CMDB & MID Server and good Knowledge on CMDB, Discovery, MID Server Architecture, Probes, Sensors, Identifiers.
Hands on implementation experience and indepth knowldege on portal development.
Hands on experience on Orchestration, preferably using PowerShell scripts
Hands on experience on GlideAjax, Script Include, Business rule, UI Actions, Client Scripts
Service now implementation experience in Catalog items, PPM, Demand Mgmt, Financial Planning & Reporting, CMP,  etc will be an added advantage.
Support the team in ServiceNow operations like User / Group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, etc. 
Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise. 
Communicate all project updates, possible timeline deficiencies, problems, issues or events that could affect the overall project deliverables. 
Participate in internal and customer meetings as required adding value where and when required. 
Good communication, written and documentation skills to gather requirements from customers, process owners and end users
