Job Responsibilities

?         Act as a single point of contact for the client commercial/ IT teams leading the sales consumption reporting workstream as a project manager

?         Act as a business lead for workstream and own the business knowledge and expertise with the client

?         Lead the discussions with clients on new projects; anchors requirements gathering by actively engaging with business and regional stakeholders across geographies

?         Lead a cross functional team to design and deliver cloud data management and reporting solutions

?         Work with stakeholders to build project pipeline and own project success.

?         Proactively share ideas with business to increase the effectiveness of insights with the team

?         Must be able identify automation opportunities that help in delivery of projects and to improve service and program business processes.

?         Must be able to coordinate with different internal teams like Delivery, Finance, and Recruitment to ensure a seamless experience to the client.

?         Manage various global and local stakeholders and providing them regular visibility of project implementation.

?         SFE domain exposure is mandatory (SFE – Sales Force Effectiveness)
