You are a motivated Content Designer who can help us envision and deliver delightful customer experiences for our travelers, partners, and agents. We work on a global scale for multiple brands, across devices and platforms,
in a diverse and collaborative environment.? 

You’re perfect for this role if you’re a blend of UX writer and storyteller. You’ve been responsible for the creation and supervision of the creative context and copy for advertisements and landing pages within a B2B or B2B consumer website. You’ve been responsible for creating and maintaining guidelines for ads, and you have some background in using AI generated content, so you’re familiar with the dos/don’ts.

You identify user needs and find the right content to meet those needs using logic, hard data, and empathy for your user to inform your choices. You love competitive analysis and live to bring together your insights into a cohesive strategy. You’re also experienced with conversational messaging, have good storytelling capabilities, creating AI generated content, and are skilled in providing content strategy from both an experience and brand perspective.

 What You’ll Do
Roles + Responsibilities

  • Apply comprehensive, customer-focused approaches to drive content design in your product area.?? 

  • Use human-centered design methods to design, craft, and test content solutions that address real customer challenges.?? 

  • Develop engaging, user-centric advertisements and content for landing pages on various B2B and B2C sites within a large travel and leisure company 

  • Orchestrate a clear and compelling voice and tone — even if you don’t own all the content —
    across complex product areas.?? 

  • Identify and use scalable frameworks (e.g., matrixes and other structured documentation) to tackle structural problems with product content.?? 

  • Design content solutions to improve systems, overcome technical constraints, and reduce content debt.?? 

  • Apply UI frameworks, modularity, localization, reuse, and related concepts to design content solutions
    that scale.?? 

  • Use both qualitative and quantitative insights and business analytics to drive content insights
    and solutions.?? 

  • Partner across teams to improve the accessibility, inclusion, readability, and translatability of
    product content.?? 

    What You’ll Bring

?    Proven experience as a Content Designer, with a focus on conversational messaging, including chatbots, messaging apps, and voice interfaces.

?    A love for staying on top of the current marketing trends, including experience using AI generated content

?    A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills. We’re especially interested in seeing examples of work you’ve done in the advertising space

?    Ability to audit, analyze, structure, create, and present content independently using established frameworks.?? 

?    Understanding of human-centered design (HCD) practices.?? 

?    A thoughtful, empathetic, and inclusive approach to content design that meets every user where they are.?? 

?    Strong skills in presentation and storytelling, and the ability to communicate compelling rationale and narratives to your team and partners.??
