ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our vibrant team. As a key member of the marketing technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Job Description
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer you will be responsible for
? Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and other related modules.
? Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and journeys.
? Build engagement campaigns, including email templates, Cloud Pages, Dynamic Content block, web page, delivery rules etc and Interaction Studio content insertions
? Develop custom solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, and other scripting languages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
? Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
? Web sitemap and SDK development to support capturing customer engagements in Interaction Studio or CDP
? Support Technical Architect in design and documentation development
? Support data engineering and system integration workstreams
? Provide technical support for marketing automation issues and incidents.
? Diagnose and resolve issues related to data synchronization, email deliverability, and campaign performance.
? Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and industry best practices.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
? Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices
? Deep, hands-on technical understanding of SFMC’s data extension architecture, and integration and automation capabilities
? Hands-on development experience with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript
? Experience in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
? Understanding of web / front-end development languages and principals
? Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients
? Willingness to learn and certify on various Salesforce technologies to support the Connected Ecosystem vision
? Related Salesforce Certifications and/or Accreditations
