ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our vibrant team. As a key member of the marketing technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Data Platform, a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Job Description
As a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer you will be responsible for
? Configure and customize Salesforce Data Cloud components, including Data Ingestion, Cleansing, Validation, transformation, Data Mapping, Identity Resolution, Insight building, Segmentation, Activation and reporting
? Implement and optimize Data ingestion, transformation, data modelling using CIM, unification, segmentation and reporting following best practices
? Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data integration and customer data platform needs.
? Design and implement effective CIM data models within Data Cloud for optimal data storage and retrieval.
? Implement data governance and quality measures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
? Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with other various source systems including Salesforce products and third-party applications.
? Web sitemap and SDK development to support capturing customer engagements in Interaction Studio or CDP
? Support Technical Architect in design and documentation development
? Support data engineering and system integration workstreams
? Provide technical support for CDP issues and incidents.
? Diagnose and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformation, data modelling and relationship, unification, segmenting and activation
? Stay updated with Salesforce Data Cloud updates and industry best practices.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
? Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform concepts and best practices
? Deep, hands-on technical understanding of Data Cloud architecture, integration and core capabilities
? Hands-on development experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript
? Experience in integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with other systems and platforms.
? Understanding of web / front-end development languages and principals
? Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients
? Willingness to learn and certify on various Salesforce technologies to support the Connected Ecosystem vision
? Related Salesforce Certifications and/or Accreditations
