Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for implementing and managing solutions for content classification, data loss prevention (DLP), information protection, data lifecycle management, records management, privacy, risk, and compliance. • You work with other roles that are responsible for governance, data, and security to evaluate and develop policies to address an organization’s risk reduction and compliance goals. You assist workload administrators, business application owners, human resources departments, and legal stakeholders to implement technology solutions that support the necessary policies and controls. • Regularly review full breadth of options and information contained in the O365 Admin center for each product, taking action to maintain high levels of performance, privacy, security, and compliance. • Proactively review all aspects of O365 to respond to DLP hits, e-Discovery and Legal Hold requests, policy changes, SSO requests, compromised credentials, and other internal processes. Other Duties: Participate in occasional first tier user support call queues as needed. Participation in Security Incident and Major Incident processes. Perform a variety of run book activities at the beginning and end of shifts. Required and Desired Attributes: • Broad knowledge and experience administering Office 365 in enterprise environments. • Facility with PowerShell, O365 Admin tools, and automation. • Willing to learn new technical areas and dive deep into a long term but not-yet-finished technical roadmap and help finish the roadmap and implement it. • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft technologies, including the ability to proactively recommend new technologies as needed to achieve our goals. • Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership. • Highly organized and detail oriented. • Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Education & Experience: Education: Prefer bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience: Prefer 5-6 years of IT experience.
