ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:

 ?       To help achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Targets for Key Accounts.

?       Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.

?       Map existing accounts and generate new opportunities.

?       Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads and opportunities.

?       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

?       Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.

?       Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights into market trends and opportunities.

?       Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results.

?       Map competition in the market and their strategy on activities and products; develop and implement actions accordingly down the line.

?       Weekly/Monthly MIS reporting.

 

Candidate Profile / Qualification

 •                     Relevant experience of 6-10 years in Sales/Business Development and Client Servicing.

•                     Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales or Communications or MBA with Marketing specialization.

Must Have:

•                     Proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in IT Services Industry.

•                     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•                     Demonstrable experience with customers and stakeholders.

•                     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•                     Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
