Social Impact A Core Desire for Todays Workforce

Employees in the modern and evolving workplace seek more than just a paycheck—they desire roles that provide purpose and align with their core values. This shift is especially evident among younger generations, with 94% of Gen Z and 92% of millennials expressing a preference for meaningful work. Infogain embraces the desire of social impact-aligned employees by integrating value-driven initiatives into our corporate culture.

At Infogain, we are committed to making a positive social impact both locally and globally. Our efforts span across education, health, environmental sustainability, and community welfare, aiming to create meaningful change in the communities we serve. Each passing year provides a prime opportunity for our social impact teams and employees to leave the world a little better than earlier.

Infogain – Transforming Lives, Empowering People

We have proudly conducted two transformative global initiatives—the Global Food Drive and Global Education Drive—alongside 46 inspiring local events, creating waves of positive change around the world. In the United States alone, 13 diverse initiatives ranging from grassroots movements like the Walk with Me event to corporate-community partnerships such as Food Donations with Abbott were hosted by our teams.  In Singapore and the Middle East each region hosted Sustainable Living sessions, complemented by the Pathlight School Festival in Singapore and a Blood Donation Drive in the Middle East.

Uruguay celebrated seven cultural and educational programs, while Poland focused on STEM initiatives. The United Kingdom contributed through equipment donations and a Sustainable Living session. Together, these coordinated efforts paint a powerful picture of international cooperation, demonstrating how global vision, paired with local action, can tackle critical challenges through innovation and collaboration.

In India, we launched initiatives like the AI/ML Lab Inauguration and Thalassemia Awareness Sessions, addressing critical STEM education and healthcare gaps. We also supported organizations like the India STEM Foundation through events like the World Robot Olympiad and contributed to ADAPT's education and therapy programs for children with disabilities. Additionally, we liaised with Swadhar IDWC, sponsoring activities like Diwali events and educational trips, and partnered with the Right to Live Association, donating desktops to government colleges to enhance access to education. Our collaboration with The Akshaya Patra Foundation provides nutritious school meals to children, helping combat malnutrition.

Our stakeholders have showcased the positive impact of these initiatives and appreciated our efforts. One of our partner NGOs - The Akshaya Patra Foundation highlighted, “Infogain has been a strong pillar in our mission to ensure unlimited food for education. Through their generous philanthropic support, the Akshaya Patra Foundation has been able to serve nutritious school meals to 2,646 children across Hubballi and Bengaluru. Malnutrition among marginalized children in India continues to threaten the nation’s growth, and Infogain’ s support is both timely and deeply appreciated.”

Regular feedback by our employees supports Infogain’s focus on giving back to societies, and employees expressing high satisfaction and a strong desire to continue contributing to future initiatives. This enthusiasm demonstrates the underlying connection between Infogain’ s purpose-driven culture and the high-moral values of our employees; leaving a lasting impact both within the company and in the communities we serve.

Conclusion

Empowering employees to engage in meaningful work not only benefits them but also strengthens the collective success of the organization. Infogain remains committed to creating a positive social impact, while curating a workplace where employees thrive; personally, and professionally.
