Infogain Poland at Acceler8IT 2025

In October 2025, the Infogain Poland team attended two jam-packed days of presentations and fireside chats at this outstanding conference in the beautiful city of Gdańsk. The conference brought together Poland’s experts in innovation, AI, and IT operations under one roof.
Diving into Multi-agent AI systems
Together with Krzysztof Stec, I had the opportunity to deliver a speech titled “From Chaos to Control: How Multi-Agent AI Systems Reinvent IT Operations.”
We shared our vision of how multi-agent AI architectures can transform the way organizations manage complex IT environments. During the session, we also showcased a condensed demo of our solution, demonstrating how AI-driven agents can detect anomalies, correlate issues, predict failures, and automatically suggest corrective actions in real time.
The speech delivered sparked many interesting questions and discussions, which is precisely the kind of engagement that makes conferences like Acceler8IT so rewarding.
Reflections Beyond the Stage
In my position as the leader of Infogain Poland, I am a keen observer of the market and witness clearly that while technology does not guarantee success, it’s only one element of it. The most critical aspect is the people who understand AI, develop it, and use it responsibly.
At this conference, I am honored to have met engineers, researchers, leaders, and other AI enthusiasts who give conferences like Acceler8IT their true meaning. In the hallways and over coffee, we had valuable discussions on the performance of AI models, ethics, transparency, and trust, and other topics that will define the next chapter of AI-driven transformation.
