As I wrapped up my 14th appearance at Dreamforce, there was a different undertone despite the usual energy, entertainment, celebrity presence, and focus on charity. The key theme that clearly emerged was Salesforce's taking forward the "Agentic AI" theme with a clear vision about "Agentic Enterprise."
Agentic AI has been dominating the tech landscape, with its powerful approach of empowering businesses through artificial intelligence and building autonomous agents that work in close alliance with human teams. The advent of Agentic AI has led to the creation of an Agentic Enterprise, where human potential and AI innovation converge to deliver business outcomes from standpoints like customer engagement, workflow automation, and more.
At Dreamforce 2025, what followed was a unique display of all AI-activated solutions that are futuristic yet have been implemented around us. We are closer to a perfect sync between human intelligence and AI-in-the-loop.
Here are my top picks, which intrigued me from their enterprise implementation standpoint.
Agentforce 360
During the event, Salesforce positioned Agentforce 360 as a transformative platform for building "digital labour forces" with AI agents, real-time data, and CRM integration. It is a full-stack, outcome-based agentic architecture already driving $100 million in cost savings and autonomously handling 1.4 million+ customer conversations.
I witnessed numerous demos and sessions displaying features like plain-language prompts to create custom dashboards, automate workflows, and process unstructured data, as well as voice agents with transcripts, ensuring that the vision of AI agents collaborating with humans to scale business operations was well communicated.
More than ten Fortune 100 companies from the transportation, consumer retail and computer hardware industries demonstrated the enterprise-level adoption of Agentforce, reinforcing that the future is already here.
One of our Global 50 customers showcased how their customer reactivation and IT ticket deflection is a case in point. The demos clearly conveyed how to "elevate people, not replace them."

Data 360
Data Cloud is now reintroduced as Agentforce's "intelligence layer." It focuses on a clean, reliable context for AI agents and offers enhanced masking, governance, and real-time orchestration.
New admin tools allow natural-language setup tasks (e.g., managing users, creating objects, troubleshooting access).
The various pilot programs launched at the event positioned admins as "superpowered" via AI-assisted productivity in fictional scenarios like a "Dreamforce Command Center." This was particularly interesting since it empowers admins with productivity levers, complemented by AI layers.
Agentforce IT Service
Salesforce launched its new IT service management (ITSM) product, Agentforce IT Service. This solution tips IT teams on managing services they offer across the enterprise, including troubleshooting, configuring devices, running applications, granting access to them, and more.
In the not-so-distant future, Agentforce IT Service will become a key fixture of Service Cloud, as Agentforce for HR Service did in May this year, where it supported issue resolution, handled vacation requests and updated employee personnel details, amongst many other critical tasks.
The emergence of Agentforce IT Service will catapult Service Cloud from a customer support application to a full-scale service platform.
Deepening Partnerships
Salesforce is deepening partnerships, focusing on expanding the Agentforce ecosystem with AI leaders, payment processors, and developer tools. These collaborations aim to enhance AI agent capabilities, data integration, and enterprise workflows, positioning Salesforce as a hub for "agentic AI" collaboration.
The partnerships announced with OpenAI and Anthropic embed AI deeply into every part of the enterprise. Similarly, the partnership with Stripe for Agentforce Commerce enhances merchants' access to prospects.
Salesforce also democratizes the AI development by launching a Slack-native marketplace featuring agents and apps from multiple AI/developer firms: Anthropic, Cursor, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Perplexity, Vercel, and Writer. This launch expands model choices and tools for building custom AI agents.

This multi-day technology event has positioned Salesforce as a leader in Agentic AI through Agentforce 360. It ushers in the next revolution in Enterprise AI, enabling businesses to build autonomous AI agents that collaborate with humans for real-time decision-making, customer engagement, and workflow automation. With Data 360, the adoption of AI within enterprises will see reduced friction and empower admins through better productivity.
