Updates from the Tech Innovation-Focused Meetup Hosted by Infogain in Poland
In mid-June, the Infogain Kraków office was buzzing as we welcomed over 40 tech professionals for a Google Developer Groups (GDG) Cloud meetup. This regular community gathering became an evening of valuable insights, meaningful connections, and forward-thinking discussions on the future of tech.
When Like-Minded People Unite:
On that day, our office at Saska 25D brought together minds from across the industry. Professionals from Infogain, Sabre, GFT, Google, Pega, and other leading technology companies met and dove into two thought-provoking sessions: one on multi-agentic AI systems and their potential, and the other on the real-world hurdles of scaling messaging to billions of users. Both sparked curiosity and lively conversations among the audience.

The Future is Multi-Agentic: AI that Thinks Like Humans
We brought multi-agent AI assistants, resembling humans, to the forefront. Agents are now everywhere and for a good reason – they are very capable of solving specific problems. Combine that with cross-agent collaboration, and a world of possibilities unfolds, reshaping how we interact with technology and solve complex problems.
Our session included an interactive demo where we went through a complete use case step by step.
Our AI expert showcased CREW AI and MCP (Model Context Protocol) in action, highlighting the features of:
- Synthetic memory capabilities that allow AI systems to learn and remember across interactions.
- Advanced collaboration features that enable multiple AI agents to work together seamlessly.
- Real-world applications that demonstrate immediate practical value.
The live demo gave the attendees a first-hand view of how these technologies could transform their projects and workflows, sparking lively discussions.
Scaling for Billions: Lessons from Google's Messaging Giant:
The second part of the day’s session brought us face-to-face with a true tech doyen. Jonathan Gonzalez, Engineering Director at Google, shared insights from one of the most challenging technical environments: a messaging app serving over a billion users 24/7. When operating at that magnitude, every decision matters.
Jonathan walked us through:
- RCS – new direction for mobile messaging
- Data insights at unprecedented scale and the infrastructure needed to support them.
- Observability best practices that keep systems running smoothly under extreme load.
- System reliability principles that ensure uptime when billions depend on your service.
It was interesting to see how complex; a seemingly simple messaging app can be. On top of that, internal processes and lots of automation ensure quality and performance. These battle-tested strategies of large-scale system design gave everyone food for thought.
Interactions at the Networking Zone:
During the breaks and after presentations, attendees had the opportunity to network over snacks and drinks, diving into various tech discussions and sharing their thoughts on the future of tech. The networking zone was also a great place to ask presenters more questions and gain from their expertise.

Looking Forward: Building Tomorrow's Tech Community:
Reflecting on the GDG Kraków meetup, we realized why community engagement matters so much to us at Infogain. When we open our doors to the broader tech community, we share our space that contributes to the evolution of an innovation-driven ecosystem that benefits everyone.
The conversations that started in our office will continue in Slack channels and GitHub repositories and may even influence future projects. The connections made here will lead to joint business collaborations and the kind of knowledge sharing that drives our industry forward.
We thank everyone for making this GDG Cloud Kraków meetup a success and look forward to hosting many more industry stalwarts and tech enthusiasts at our Poland office soon.
See you at the next meetup!
