Coffee enthusiasts around the world buy premium kitchen appliances and order specialty coffee beans from our client. To deepen customer loyalty, our client launched a strategic promotion targeting “home baristas.” The offer included free coffee beans and cashback incentives for customers who registered their machines either online or in-store. To enhance the experience, customers also gained access to expert-led video tutorials.

We designed and built a robust platform that streamlined the D2C and retail journey’s for coffee enthusiasts.

To support this initiative, our client needed a robust platform that could streamlined the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and retail journey, scale seamlessly for future promotions, and deliver a cohesive, engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.

Action

We built a flexible, brand-agnostic promotion platform using Adobe Experience Manager, AWS APIs, Voucherify and Commercetools. The platform supports dynamic product collections by category and requires minimal content creation for landing pages.

Existing APIs were repurposed to streamline purchase and redemption flows. Customer journeys were mapped through email engagement and loyalty points, with marketing campaigns featuring stackable offers.

Performance metrics including sales, registrations, redemptions, and cashback transactions are tracked in real time via Microsoft Power BI dashboards.

Whether registering online or in-store, customers receive free coffee beans and cashback. To date, over 85,000 coffee enthusiasts across five countries have joined the promotion that’s powered by a scalable, automated, and customizable platform.
