Our client is a multi-billion-dollar provider of training, operational support solutions, and SaaS products for the aviation industry. After an acquisition the client had a 2-year deadline to complete the migration of five application suites to their cloud environment.

The migration required an AWS cloud strategy, third-party software agreements, infrastructure provisioning, and documentation. This program was a complex undertaking with a fixed timeline. We successfully completed the cloud migration of our client’s systems and applications within an aggressive 18-month timeline. Leveraging an “as-is” lift-and-shift strategy combined with a shift-left approach, we streamlined development, testing, and production environments to accelerate delivery.
