ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Skills
Role Objective:
Execute performance tests and support analysis across front-end, middle-layer APIs, batch jobs, and database performance validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance test scripts for:
Web & mobile front-end transactions
APIs and backend services
Batch jobs and background processes
Execute load, stress, spike, and soak tests
Collect and analyze performance metrics from application, database, and infrastructure
Assist in bottleneck identification and tuning validation
Maintain test data and test execution reports
Support re-validation after fixes and tuning
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter /K6)
Good understanding of HTTP, APIs, and distributed systems
Basic to intermediate database performance skills (SQL, joins, indexing)
Exposure to Linux, logs, and monitoring tools
BFSI / Mutual Fund domain exposure is a plus

Experience working on high-volume financial systems

Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Focus on data-driven and business-aligned performance validation
