ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Summary
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance for linguistic engineering workflows across Marathi, Tamil, and Arabic. This role oversees planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and SLA management while ensuring smooth coordination across multiple linguist pods and shared specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall delivery, planning, and execution of linguistic workflows.
Manage SLA adherence, quality metrics, risk tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate across language pods (Marathi, Tamil, Arabic), Principal Linguist, QA Lead, and Tools/Automation support.
Drive hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, and weekly cadence management.
Conduct weekly governance meetings and regular updates with stakeholders.
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
Support scalability planning for post-POC expansion.
Requirements
8–12 years of program management experience in AI/ML, data, or linguistics-focused programs.
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing delivery teams in a structured service-delivery environment.
Excellent communication, reporting, and risk-management skills.
