ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Map existing end-to-end operational processes across vendors, identify inefficiencies, and propose streamlined workflows.
Build and implement standardized operating procedures, governance frameworks, and escalation paths.
Define and track vendor performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs and create reporting dashboards for ongoing visibility.
Conduct gap analyses, root-cause assessments, and introduce continuous improvement mechanisms.
Facilitate cross-vendor alignment workshops, gather feedback, and ensure adoption of optimized processes.
Implement a structured cadence for process health checks, audits, and performance reviews.
Support leadership with insights and recommendations for operational decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
7–12 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, BPM, or Management Consulting.
Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and KPI design.
Experience working with large-scale operations involving multiple vendors or distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills.
Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear frameworks, dashboards, and measurable outcomes.
