Job Description:

Responsibilities:

·         Develop insights and recommendations that will help business and SEO Team to take strategic decisions and provide actionable insights for key business stakeholders

·         Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value

·         ML & Data Insights: Apply machine learning models and predictive analytics to identify patterns, improve decision-making

·         Use AI to automate reporting and bring efficiency in work

·         Must be passionate about finding root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact business performance

·         Must be able to translate business questions into analytical problems to provide insights

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions

·         Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner

·         Collaborate with other team members to synthesize learnings from other analyses/sources to present holistic analysis and recommendations to stakeholders

·         Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits of data coming from third parties

Skills/Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree required along with practical business experience in analyzing data.  MBA or Masters in a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT a plus

·         2-6 years of experience in analytics domain (Web/Marketing analytics preferred).

·         Excellent hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel and Visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau)

·         Expertise in Statistics, Data Science & Machine learning concepts

·         Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus

·         Experience with SEO tools like SEMRush, BrightEdge, ahrefs preferred

·         High analytical and rigorous approach to problem solving skills: able to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data
