QA Automation Engineer (Senior) with skills SDET, Selenium for location Bangalore, India
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based automation scripts for web applications.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and manual QA to identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing through automation.
Execute and analyze automated test results and report defects with clear reproducible steps.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide QA status updates.
Minimum 2 years of solid experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM).
Experience in writing API tests (using Playwright).
Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
