We are seeking a Junior UI Engineer to join our Bangalore team.The role involves contributing to the development, maintenance, and support of modern web applications and user interface components. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about front-end technologies, willing to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining UI components using ReactJS, following established workfl ows and coding best practices. He/She will work on translating design specifi cations into functional, responsive interfaces while ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. The engineer will operate with guidance from senior team members but is expected to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute actively to continuous improvement within the team.

Basic Qualifi cations ? Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical fi eld (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering). ? 3+ years of relevant experience in UI development in ReactJS, NextJS, Redux, or related frameworks. ? Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles. ? Strong profi ciency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. ? Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. ? Ensure best practices in API integration, HTML5, CSS/LESS, and responsive design. ? Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application stability and quality. ? Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. ? Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills. ? Experience in mentoring and training others on complex technical issues. Preferred Qualifi cations ? Experience with NextJS framework. ? Experience in implementing internationalization using libraries such as i18next. ? Knowledge on CSS3, LESS and SASS is a plus. ? Good understanding of SSR, code splitting and lazy loading.
