ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and NoSQL databases, with the ability to build high-performance and reliable applications.

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Develop and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modelling.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Require Skills
Strong experience in Core Java / Java 8+
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
Good experience with MongoDB (NoSQL database)
Experience in developing RESTful APIs
Knowledge of Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Exposure to any cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
