ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
5-8 years in Airline domain. Very good written and oral communication. Exposure to writing detailed user stories and product roadmap.
Knowledge of Airline Network Planning and Scheduling areas to interface between Product team and Development Team
Manage through the feature development life cycle by providing combination of functional and technical expertise to different internal stakeholders.
Collaboration between Engineering, Operations Research, Sales and Accounts team to deliver high quality functionalities and capabilities.
Engage with Airline network planning teams to understand workflows, pain points, and optimization goals across the Airline fleet
Reproduce the business scenarios / customer queries for further investigation.
Collaborate internally with product owners to conduct rigorous testing and validating new features to be released for production. As required, develop functional cases to ensure high quality features.
Actively participate in evaluating model enhancements, introduce new features & processes aimed at increased customer adoption of the solutions.
Coordinate with Product Delivery and Advanced Care Teams to educate on new feature release, update Release Notes and Help Guides; Develop High quality training material for Airline Customer users.
