ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, including product catalog, pricing procedures, discounting, contracts, and order orchestration.
Translate complex business requirements into metadata-driven, scalable Revenue Cloud architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate closely with the Client Salesforce Architect to ensure design consistency, security compliance, and long-term maintainability.
Revenue Cloud Implementation
Own hands-on delivery across Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and CLM, including:
Product modeling and lifecycle management
Pricing & discount structures
Advanced pricing procedures and rules
Contract generation and lifecycle automation
Design solutions that account for deep system-level Revenue Cloud behavior, not UI-level configuration alone.
Integration & Automation
Architect and develop enterprise-grade integrations using:
Integration Procedures
REST/SOAP APIs
Middleware/API Gateways
Event-based and async patterns
Implement secure authentication and fallback patterns (OAuth, token exchanges, error recovery).
Design Salesforce-supported approaches for bulk operations, migrations, and data cleanup at enterprise scale.
Development Leadership
Provide hands-on expertise in:
Apex (bulk-safe, governor-limit-aware designs)
SOQL optimization
Lightning Web Components (advanced patterns)
Mentor developers; review code for scalability, performance, and architectural integrity.
Apply Salesforce-recommended architectural patterns—no unsupported shortcuts.
Advanced LWC & UX Architecture
Architect complex Lightning solutions involving:
State management
Async orchestration
Lightning Message Service
Performance and LWR optimizations
Design reusable, maintainable component architectures.
Documentation & Governance
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including:
Solution architecture diagrams
Deployment and migration guides
Integration contracts
Support and operational runbooks
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and governance standards.
Mandatory Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
8+ years Salesforce development experience, with strong recent hands-on Revenue Cloud implementation
Proven real-world experience delivering:
Salesforce Revenue Cloud
Salesforce CPQ
Contract Lifecycles (CLM)
Deep understanding of:
Pricing procedures
Product catalogs
Metadata-driven segmentation
Advanced expertise in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components
SOQL
Salesforce Data & Security Model
Strong integration experience with ERP, Finance, and enterprise systems
Ability to work independently and lead architecture decisions
Nice-to-Have Skills
Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Billing
Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
Project leadership or delivery management exposure
Multi-regional or global delivery experience
Key Expectations (Critical)
Candidate must demonstrate actual, hands-on Revenue Cloud implementations, not conceptual or theoretical exposure.
Must clearly articulate real-world architectural decisions, trade-offs, and challenges.
