ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Thsi position is for Project Manager.
Lead end-to-end software development projects by capturing and analysing requirements, estimating resources and budgets, and defining project strategy and implementation plans for scalable, cloud-based solutions across insurance, telematics and banking domains.
Manage cross-functional technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of AWS serverless applications, ensuring optimal architectural decisions in alignment with complex business needs including integration with ERP like NetSuite.
Collaborate with principal engineers and technical teams to assess system design options and their impacts, driving the implementation of microservice-based architectures to replace monolithic systems.
Oversee integration planning and implementation with third-party APIs and AI/ML services, ensuring effective orchestration across services using tools like Stream Sets, Camunda BPM.
Direct the development of functional and technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and service specifications, to support transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, while ensuring scope adherence and delivering high-quality, BDD test-driven software solutions across the SDLC.
Facilitate estimation and planning meetings with key stakeholders to define project scope, track progress, maintain quality conformance, and produce tailored status reports and updates.
Job location: 5550 Granite Pkwy., Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024 and other unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Systems/Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering plus five (5) years of experience as Systems Architect/Engineer, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
