About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & PowerPoint Presentation Specialist who can deliver clean, structured, and visually compelling presentations and creative assets. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, smooth handling of changing requirements, and maintaining a composed, solution-oriented approach during tight timelines.
This position also includes light video editing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

PowerPoint Presentation Design (Primary)

• Design, enhance, and format PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and leadership.

• Transform raw content into clear, logical, and high-quality visual narratives.

• Maintain consistency in brand standards, layouts, colours, and typography.

• Adapt smoothly to content changes and feedback while ensuring timely delivery.

Graphic Design

• Create supporting visuals such as infographics, icons, charts, banners, and social/internal creatives.

• Work on design assets using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

• Balance multiple creative inputs and deliver refined outcomes that meet expectations.

Basic Video Editing

• Perform simple editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, including trimming, assembling clips, adding overlays, and exporting polished outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in presentation design and graphic design.

• Strong skills in:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (basic editing)

• Ability to interpret requirements clearly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Steady and thoughtful approach when handling fast-paced or changing requests.

• Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and visual logic.

• Comfortable collaborating across teams and aligning design output with shared goals.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience supporting leadership-level presentations.

• Good understanding of corporate branding and communication standards.

• Ability to simplify complex information visually and structurally.
