Role Summary

We are hiring a Front End Tech Lead with deep React and Redux expertise and a passion for emerging AI and cloud technologies. As a lead, you will own the front-end architecture, mentor teams, and drive cutting-edge UI solutions integrating AI conversational elements and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development strategy with React, Redux, and advanced state management techniques

• Define scalable UI architecture and set coding standards to ensure maintainability and performance

• Design and implement AI-driven conversational interfaces and intelligent user experiences

• Oversee integration with cloud services, facilitating seamless API connectivity and real-time features

• Manage and grow a team of front-end engineers through coaching, reviews, and technical leadership

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend architects to align technical vision with business goals

• Champion innovations in cloud-native development, AI-powered UX, and front-end DevOps

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and deployment automation

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years in front-end development with in-depth knowledge of React and Redux

• Proven leadership in managing and delivering large-scale front-end projects

• Good grasp of AI Tools and frameworks and its integration strategies

• Good exposure on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), serverless functions, and container orchestration

• Expertise in front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel), TypeScript, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in building and deploying cloud-native AI chatbots or assistant interfaces

• Hand on experiences in of microfrontend architecture and progressive web apps (PWA)

• Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud and front-end domains
