Core Skills

This role involves validating end-to-end user authentication flows, different user migration processes from the source system to an external identity platform, token issuance, claims mapping, SAP Commerce integration, and ensuring seamless customer login experiences across multiple countries.
Must Have:
• 7+ years of overall testing experience, including 4+ years specifically in CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) testing.
• Strong eCommerce domain knowledge and understanding of end-to-end customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience testing identity and access management flows, including customer login, registration, password reset, authentication (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML), and MFA.
• Experience working on user migrations (Batch and Just-In-Time), including token and claim validation.
• Proven experience testing integrations with various Identity Providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, Okta, Ping Identity etc.)
• Good exposure to API testing and system integration validation.
• Ability to create detailed test plans and test cases, and lead releases through complete regression cycles.
• Experience testing and validating highly distributed systems.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Developers, hybris testers, solution architects, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to independently lead eCommerce regression testing cycles.
• Play a key role in reviewing product requirements to bring the customer perspective through a better understanding of customer data and should be able to triage issues.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Agile Methodologies preferred
- Exposure to Mobile app testing
- Experience in SAP Hybris
