Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage programs related to M365 Office services, Exchange Online (EXO), and infrastructure build outs.

• Coordinate data center buildout and hardware deployment activities with internal and vendor teams.

• Support Azure service integrations and assist with basic cloud administration.

• Collaborate with networking and data center teams to ensure smooth operations and connectivity.

• Drive implementation of Microsoft Purview for compliance and governance initiatives.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate reporting and administrative tasks.

• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across technical and business teams.

• Track progress, provide status reporting, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership.

• Maintain documentation and ensure consistent process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online (EXO).

• Basic knowledge of Azure services and cloud fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with data center operations, hardware deployment, and networking basics.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (information protection, compliance).

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs and cross-functional coordination.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
