Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Content Creation: Author and manage engaging, high-quality content for various digital platforms using Contentstack Headless CMS.

· Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content strategy team to develop and implement effective content plans that align with business goals and target audiences.

· CMS Management: Proficiently use Contentstack to make content entry, edit, and organize content. Ensure consistency in formatting, style, and metadata across all content. Page Layout, structure and contents are also needs to be managed.

· Multichannel Publishing: Optimize content for various channels and devices, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

· Content validation : Leverage preview to ensure the authored contents are rendered on the channel (mobile app or website) as expected.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to understand content requirements and contribute to the overall content strategy.

· Content Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices and data analytics to optimize content for search engines and improve overall content performance.

· Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

· Training: Provide training and support to other team members on Contentstack usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Contentstack Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using Contentstack or similar Headless CMS platforms.

· Content management: Proven experience in creating and editing content for digital platforms, with a keen understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.

· SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to incorporate them into content creation.

· Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in content creation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving content strategies and technology changes.

Desired experiences:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

- Previous experience in content creation and management, preferably in a Headless CMS environment.
