Job Description: Adobe CJA Lead & Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. CJA Implementation & Data Integration

• Design and manage Connections between Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJA, ensuring seamless data flow.

• Configure Data Views to define schemas, identities, and attribution models for effective reporting.

• Create and optimize custom dimensions and metrics to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) engineers to ensure proper data ingestion and governance.

2. Data Validation & Troubleshooting

• Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data anomalies, missing data, and latency issues in CJA.

• Conduct audits on event data, identity stitching, and data accuracy across different reports.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to resolve any discrepancies in data ingestion from AEP.

3. Advanced Analysis & Workspace Development

• Develop Adobe Analytics Workspaces within CJA to enable various types of analysis, including funnel, pathing, attribution, and retention analysis.

• Build custom reports and dashboards tailored to different business needs and stakeholders.

• Use advanced segmentation, calculated metrics, and cohort analysis to uncover actionable insights.

• Implement and optimize Cross-Channel Analysis leveraging CJA’s identity resolution features.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into CJA configurations.

• Provide guidance on data governance and compliance related to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJA.

• Train end-users and analysts on best practices for using CJA and Workspaces effectively.

5. Optimization & Enhancements

• Stay updated with Adobe’s latest CJA enhancements and feature releases.

• Improve performance tuning of CJA queries and optimize data processing.

• Automate reporting tasks and develop scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Hands-on experience creating and managing Connections, Data Views, and custom metrics/dimensions in CJA.

• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (AA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Web SDK.

• Knowledge of Identity Stitching, Data Governance, and Customer ID resolution.

• Experience in SQL, JSON, and data modeling for analytics solutions.

• Familiarity with workflows involving Data Prep, Query Service, and Real-time CDP in Adobe.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics Workspace, Attribution Analysis, and Cross-Channel Insights.

• Knowledge on available approaches to migrate from Adobe Analytics to CJA.

• Familiarity with tools like Component Migration Tool to streamline the migration process from Adobe Analytics to CJA.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving data anomalies.

• Ability to communicate insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to train and mentor junior analysts and business users.

• Knowledge of tag management (Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM) and event-based tracking.

• Experience in multi-touch attribution, funnel analysis, and customer pathing analysis.
