IIT Tagged Developers (T&M to start)
Experience: 8–12 years
Mandatory: IIT pedigree (non negotiable)
Key Skills & Expectations:
• Full stack development experience
• Exposure to AI/LLM, automation, IoT, and modern application development
• Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and deliver solutions
• Hands on experience with:
o Mobile applications
o Internal enterprise platforms (e.g., service catalog, workflow tools)
• Strong problem solving mindset; ability to embed into a core team and deliver outcomes
Context: These developers will support Bio Rad’s internal IT infrastructure products, such as an Amazon style service catalog platform and other enterprise enablement tools
