AI/ML Architect (Generative AI & AI Agents) – Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Architect with 10–15 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI and advanced AI solutions (3–4 years).
This role will drive the design, architecture, and enterprise-scale implementation of AI solutions, with a strong focus on LLMs, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
The ideal candidate will blend strategic architecture thinking with hands-on implementation, enabling scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agent frameworks aligned to business needs.
• Lead end-to-end implementation—from data integration and model development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization in production environments.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation use cases while ensuring performance, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and vector databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Hands-on expertise in:
o LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
o LangChain / LlamaIndex
o RAG architectures
o AI Agents / multi-agent systems
• Strong experience with Vector Databases:
• Advanced proficiency in Python
o Experience in: API development (FastAPI / Flask) , Microservices architecture
• Strong experience with at least one:
o AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3) ,Azure (Azure ML, ADF, Synapse) ,GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery)
• Data Engineering Understanding: Strong knowledge of:
o Data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes ,Distributed systems (Spark, etc.)
