Performance Testing Engineer (Standard) with skills SDET, Java Performance Test Scripting, Quality Management, JMeter for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
Analyze system performance under load; identify bottlenecks in apps/databases/infra
Define and validate SLAs, response times, throughput for web/microservices
Collaborate with DevOps/backend teams for tuning and optimization
Integrate perf testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
Create detailed perf reports with recommendations
Technical Skills:
Expert in JMeter/LoadRunner, scripting (Java/BeanShell)
Strong understanding of Linux, monitoring tools (New Relic, AppDynamics)
Knowledge of cloud perf testing (AWS/Azure)
