ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Working hours: India time with 2 Hours overlapping in PST
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Good knowledge of SQL queries
Ability to validate configuration settings and identify discrepancies
Analytical skills to review data outputs and reports
Familiarity with documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) for tracking configuration changes and findings
Understanding of basic billing/invoicing concepts (nice to have)
