ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data-Driven Process Discovery: Deploy Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath) to scientifically reconstruct "as-is" processes, identify bottlenecks, and quantify variation without relying solely on interviews.
Intelligent Automation Strategy: Identify high-value opportunities for Hyperautomation, combining RPA (Robotic Process Automation) with AI/ML components for cognitive tasks (e.g., intelligent document processing, predictive analytics).
Process Re-engineering: Lead Kaizen events and DMAIC projects to eliminate waste and standardize processes prior to automation; ensure "garbage in, garbage out" is avoided.
AI/ML Integration: Work with data scientists and developers to implement AI-enabled solutions, such as predictive cash forecasting models or anomaly detection in the General Ledger.
Benefit Realization: rigorously track and validate savings (FTE release, hard cost savings, error reduction) resulting from process improvements andautomation.
Change Management: Facilitate the cultural shift towards continuous improvement and digital adoption; train functional teams on new automated workflows.
Governance & Documentation: Maintain a repository of updated SOPs that reflect the new human-machine hybrid workflows; ensure bots and AI models are governable and auditable.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Math, or Business. Master’s preferred.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a reputable organization (ASQ, etc.) is mandatory.
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in Process Excellence, with a strong focus on Digital Transformation in Finance/Shared Services.
AI/Automation: Proven experience delivering projects involving RPA and AI/Machine Learning integration.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Process Mining: Hands-on expertise with Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or Signavio.
RPA Platforms: Strong knowledge of UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere (architecture and capabilities).
Data & AI: Familiarity with Python (pandas, scikit-learn) for data analysis; experience with Power Automate and AI Builder.
Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in Minitab or JMP.
CORE COMPETENCIES
