Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop cloud-native microservices using Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Build and run on Azure: Azure App Service / AKS, API Management, Storage, Service Bus/Event Hubs, Key Vault, ACR, Monitor & Application Insights.
• Implement RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Ensure performance, observability, reliability, and security (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, TLS).
• Drive CI/CD with Azure DevOps (pipelines, YAML), containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS).
• Own code quality: unit/integration tests (JUnit5/Mockito), contract tests, code reviews, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers; contribute to architecture, standards, and technical roadmaps.
• Involved in Inception, elaboration and Gap Analysis phase of projects and participate in Backlog grooming and PI planning.
• Ensure to have high and low level design for each feature/user story
Candidate Profile / Qualification
• Overall 7+ years of experience in IT industry.
• Strong Designing/debugging skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, microservices, Messaging Queue (JMS), OAuth 2.0, Mocking frameworks, JUnit/TestNG, Git and Spring JPA, REST & SOAP
• Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs.
• Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS).
• Azure services: App Service/AKS, API Management, Service Bus/Event Hubs, Key Vault, App Insights.
• Datastores: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), NoSQL (Cosmos DB/Redis).
• Messaging & streaming: Service Bus/Kafka; CI/CD with Azure DevOps; Git.
• Hands on experience in azure app function, web jobs, azure microservices, log analytics, App Insights, azure monitor, and API Management gateway
• Working knowledge of SAFe methodology.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented design concepts
• Basic understanding of data modelling and hands on experience on SQL.
• Must have exposure of Client facing role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, documentation skills to create technical documentation.
