Responsibilities

·       Manage publishing work intake and triage new content requests.

·       Review content for accuracy, compliance, and classified information.

·       Publish requested content updates accurately and on time.

·       Support content migration efforts, including identifying content for migration.

·       Create and maintain tracking items for content updates and changes.

·       Follow up on open items and resolve or close completed work

·       Identify bugs, usability issues, and feature enhancement opportunities

·       Collaborate with team members to define and improve publishing best practices

·       Provide regular status updates to managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

·       1+ years of experience in content creation, editing, or publishing

·       Strong written and verbal English communication skills

·       Familiarity with content management processes and best practices

·       High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

·       Process-oriented mindset with an eye for user experience

·       Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience using GitHub for content management

·       Experience creating instructional or technical content

·       Background in help desk, desktop support, or technical troubleshooting

·       Experience working with one or more content management systems
