ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting Structure Reports to: Manager of SFE and Analytics Collaborates with: National Sales Manager, Regional Managers, IT Department, Sales and Marketing teams, external agency partners Key Responsibilities Strategic Analytics and Reporting Design, improve, and maintain up-to-date analytical reports on sales team performance with healthcare professionals across all territories, regions, and healthcare facilities nationwide Collect and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review during monthly and quarterly meetings Prepare forecasts for key products and promotional materials, identifying potential threats, issues, and opportunities Contribute to strategic planning by providing current data to product managers and presenting market trends during planning meetings Proactively identify business challenges
