About the Role

We are hiring a US-facing Graphic Designer & PowerPoint Presentation Specialist with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with US teams. This role is primarily focused on PowerPoint design, along with graphic design support and basic video editing.

Key Responsibilities

PowerPoint Presentation Design (Primary)

• Design, enhance, and format PowerPoint presentations for US stakeholders.

• Convert raw content into clean, structured, visually appealing slides.

• Maintain brand consistency across templates, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

• Work on high-priority, quick-turnaround decks during US hours.

• Understand requirements clearly through direct communication with US teams.

Graphic Design

• Create infographics, icons, charts, banners, and other supporting visuals.

• Use Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for layout, image edits, and graphic assets.

• Ensure consistency in design, typography, and brand elements.

Basic Video Editing

• Perform simple edits using Adobe Premiere Pro, including:

  • Trimming and cleaning footage

  • Adding text overlays, transitions, and basic effects

  • Exporting videos in required formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in PowerPoint and graphic design.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) to work with US teams.

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (basic editing)

• Ability to work independently during US shift with quick turnaround.

• Strong attention to detail, layout sense, and visual storytelling ability.

• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience working with US/global clients.

• Understanding of corporate branding and C-suite presentation expectations.

• Ability to simplify complex information into clear visuals.
