ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SalesForce MCAE consultant.
Required Skills:
· 3-5 Years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations
· Understand end-to-end marketing processes including campaign creation (email/web/social), lead generation, lead scoring, qualification, distribution, and conversion, including closed loop reporting, by demonstrating CRM technologies and data.
· Understands APIs available in MCAE/Pardot to develop integration solutions, when necessary
· Experience with sync processes and limitations with Salesforce.
· Deep knowledge and understanding of Marketing data shared between MCAE/Pardot and Salesforce
Preferred Skills:
· MCAE/Pardot Specialist and MCAE/Pardot Consultant certifications
· Experience with building B2B Marketing Analytics dashboards
· Experience configuring Salesforce Engage
· Understands available connectors to Pardot to push/pull data between systems
· Basic HTML/Css experience preferred
