SharePoint Developer (Standard) with skills SharePoint Development, MS SharePoint, SharePoint Administrator for location Gurugram, India
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Role: SharePoint Helpdesk & Admin Support | 3 - 6 years
Key accountability:
· SharePoint Helpdesk & Admin Support
o SharePoint 1st Level Support
o Support & coordinate all SharePoint questions from customer’s users
o Resolve helpdesk tickets
o Manage workflow user assignments and apply approval responsibility changes
o Collaborate with Sr. SharePoint Admin, Microsoft Support & external vendors to fix issues
SharePoint Site Admin
o Manage user facing IT SharePoint site, keep contents updated
o Manage all site permissions, resolve conflicts, update permissions as requested by customers
o Collaborate with Cybersecurity, providing reports and assist with questions regarding access permissions
o Assist Sr. SharePoint Admin with testing and applying monthly patches (application, security)
o Perform & report monthly page response time analysis and work with IT Team to resolve performance delays
o Submit SharePoint related change requests and participate in CAB review meetings
SharePoint Training
o Premier contact point for customer site admins
o Guide & train SSI site admins on content management and site security
o Plan, setup and conduct SharePoint training for end users
Project Management
o Manage SharePoint related projects
o Analyze business requirements, create specifications for solutions
o Communicate with internal customers and external vendors
o Setup meetings, drive schedules, SIT &UAT, create documentation & trainings
o Report progress to Sr. SharePoint Admin, IT Team Management, Customer Management
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree required in computer science, software engineering.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills required.
