Responsibilities:

-        Design and implement new integrations.

-        Propose optimized way to handle/access data through FDA

-        Keep track of OOTB processes, alerts, anticipate and address failures, ensuring platform availability for operations

-        Identify and propose optimizations for existing core components used by operations.

-        Address performance issues faced by operations team and propose solutions to avoid these.

-        Validate deployment plan of CRM operations team for peak deployments

-        Ensure platform availability for peak deployment periods, suggest limits

-        Troubleshoot platform errors/issues

-        Work with adobe support to resolve any issues

-        Suggest and implement optimized data model

-        Propose optimal design for subsidiary’s reporting requirements

-        Implement new product features, advise and train team on usage of those

-        Collaborate with central HQ hub team and stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement new features and functionalities

-        Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements (Data Governance)

-        Stay up-to-date with Adobe product roadmaps, releases, and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve the Adobe stack

-        Mentor team members, providing guidance and training on Adobe V8

Requirements:

-        10+ years of experience in IT industry

-        4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe campaign classic in implementation/dev/devOps teams.

-        Hands-on experience with ACC V8 and strong understanding of V8 architecture.

-        AEP and RT-CDP experience

-        Strong understanding of mid-sourcing and message center.

-        Strong understanding of customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principles

-        Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based architectures

-        Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining large-scale Adobe projects

-        Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

-        Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams

-        Adobe Certification is a plus

-        Migration from Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8 will be added advantage

-        Knowledge of deliverability best practices

-        Willingness to work on different timezones and to be available to support on critical deployment days.

-        Be the go-to technical expert for all V8 tech queries and requirements.

-        Articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of technical and business teams.

-        Prioritize and advise on dev tasks in sprints and manage timelines.
