ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

 

Digital Channels Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, and display advertising.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI, engagement, etc.).

  • Provide insights on customer journeys, attribution modeling, and digital campaign optimization.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve targeting, personalization, and customer experience strategies.

 

Marketing Analytics

  • Work with the team to develop and implement frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, Consumer Health care insights etc

  • Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Pricing Optimization

  • Work with the team to develop and execute pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Conduct elasticity and sensitivity analysis to understand the impact of pricing changes.

  • Collaborate with finance and product teams to implement dynamic pricing strategies.

Media Mix Effectiveness

  • Assess the performance of various media channels (digital, TV, radio, print, etc.) using advanced statistical models.

  • Optimize media spend allocation to maximize reach and effectiveness.

  • Work with marketing teams to adjust strategies based on performance insights.

Strategic Collaboration and Reporting

  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Develop and present detailed business reports and dashboards.

  • Lead a team of analysts and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
