Analytics Developer (Lead) with skills Analytics Development, SAP Technical, Business Planning & PM, Analytics Development for location Gurugram, India
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in manufacturing processes and enterprise manufacturing systems, including SAP integrations. The ideal candidate will understand BOM structures, end-to-end manufacturing workflows, and how systems such as LIMS, AMAPS, MITS, and other plant systems integrate with SAP to support production, quality, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for manufacturing systems and SAP integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including BOM creation, maintenance, revisions, and change control.
- Define and document integration requirements between SAP and systems such as LIMS, AMAPS, and MITS.
- Document as-is and to-be process flows, functional specifications, and data mappings.
- Support BOM and master data alignment across SAP and integrated manufacturing systems.
- Participate in UAT planning and execution, including integration testing and defect triage.
- Ensure solutions support data integrity, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with BOM management (multi-level BOMs, revisions, effectivity).
- Proven experience with SAP integrations (MM, PP, QM or related modules).
- Experience integrating SAP with LIMS, AMAPS, MITS, or similar manufacturing systems.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma, biotech, chemicals, food).
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO, CPI).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
