ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Good Communication skills. Experience 2 years to 5 years
2. Good experience with Desktop / Laptop environment Windows, MAC OS.
3. Good Knowledge of Operating Systems and System Administration skills.
4. Strong experience with TrendMicro Antivirus, Endpoint security, EDR/XDR, Forcepoint DLP.
5. Install and update OS patch, Application software, utility software, browsers etc.
6. Knowledge in troubleshooting basic Networking/Connectivity issues.
